Insurance & Payment

For your convenience, we file insurance claims on your behalf and provide you with an ESTIMATE of what your insurance plan will pay. Your ESTIMATED out-of-pocket is collected on the day services are rendered. If your insurance does not pay after 60 days, the remaining balance will be the guarantor’s responsibility.
Please notify our office if there are any changes to your dental plan prior to your child’s appointment. We accept most PPO plans and are a preferred provider for
Delta Dental Premier. Please contact our office for any insurance questions.

We accept cash/checks, debit, and most credit cards.
Finance options are available through Care Credit. This is a great way to help you finance the necessary procedures when other options are not available. You can often complete this process quickly either over the phone or through their website, carecredit.com.

We look forward to hearing from you.
