Joe Rawlins DDS, MS

Dr. Joe graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors degree in Biology. He attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Texas. Following dental school, Dr Joe worked as an attending professor at Baylor College of Dentistry in the Department of Public Health, and worked as a general dentist in the Dallas Metroplex.
While working as a professor and in private practice, Dr Joe found his passion working with children from all backgrounds. He returned to school and completed an additional 2 years of specialty residency training in pediatric dentistry at Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus Ohio. While at the Children’s Hospital he focused on all aspects of children’s dentistry that included prevention, diagnosis, special needs patients, and all aspects of sedation dentistry in children.
Dr Joe fell in love with California while visiting his brother who is a local dentist. He feels so lucky to live, work, and raise his children in such a beautiful area.
Dr Joe enjoys watching his children play basketball, traveling with his family and friends, golf and fly fishing. He loves his mini Goldendoodle which is a frequent visitor at the office. He is also an avid athletic shoe collector! Ask him about his shoes!
Ryan Wittwer D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Ryan graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in French. He attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He then completed his pediatric dentistry residency program at The Ohio State University/Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Ryan is Board Certified and has been practicing for nearly 20 years. He loves living in and serving the community of El Dorado Hills.
Dr. Ryan and his wife, Carolee, grew up in Holladay, Utah. They moved to Northern California in 2008 and love the beautiful area. They have two sons, Blake and Tyler. Blake attends Cornell Law School and Tyler attends the University of Utah. Their most spoiled child is a labradoodle named Maggie. Dr. Ryan’s favorite hobbies include doing anything outdoors with his family, especially skiing, golf, and cycling.
